I Like, I Wish, I Want

Brainstorming concepts for the new app was facilitated by the team members engaging with one another, listening, and building on each other’s ideas. This led the team to quickly generate more and more ideas to help Rene. Clarifying the current wants, emotional amplifiers, values and needs of users lead to generating more ideas about what the team would be able to accomplish in the short term with things like new processes, new values, and new technologies. This was then followed by ideas of what could be developed further in the more distant future.
