Positioning the app in a place that meets Rene’s needs, and turning it into something she values was a big part of the UX strategy for the project. Why would Rene even want to use this new app? How is she being helped by the app, or what solution does the new app have that she might be interested in? Exploring the business and user needs for the app ensures the app offers something of value more so than other products in the market.
