Feature Prioritization Matrix

Understanding what was realistically achievable, what was a little more technically involved, what was outside the team members’ skillset, or what was really not that important, allowed the team to understand the most important features to work on. This would keep the team on track to develop the app within the time constraints of the prototyping and testing phases of the project. This would also mean there will be features developed that benefit Rene so she can have a pleasant experience in as many ways as possible.
