Next Steps

• Provide a more complete heuristic evaluation for the case study.
• Add more to the DHS prototype by drilling deeper into the current site and including more of the subpages.
• Perform Guerilla User Testing in the public to identify any usability problems, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and determine the participant’s satisfaction with the app.
• Perform remote moderated user testing to provide a rapid, low-cost evaluation method to determine the effectiveness of the new DHS interface.
