Feature Prioritization Matrix

Assigning priority to the features that would eventually make it into the redesign was a fairly straightforward process. Donating on the website was of high impact to potential site visitors, as well as having more fundraising events, and making giving more personal. Developing a UI for these ideas would not be too complex; however, developing the back-end for this endeavor could turn out to be more difficult without a dedicated web programmer.
