To communicate Briella’s motivations and needs, and to illustrate a more accurate picture of Briella’s world, this user scenario was created to show the way a user might behave in order to achieve a certain goal within the Give a Sock website. The overall deliverable delineates who the user is, how the user’s story takes place, and what the user’s primary goal is with the Give a Sock website.
