The Give a Sock website was designed to communicate the mission of the organization, and to show visitors what donations were needed to accomplish their goals. We have observed that the current Give a Sock website did not let people donate online which was causing potential donors to not donate to the organization at all. How might we improve the Give a Sock website so that people are able to donate online while reaffirming donations are being used responsibly leading to increased donations, improved site usability, and a better online atmosphere of giving?

Problem Statement

Defining the problem allowed the team to provide better recommendations for improvements to the current website giving a distinguishable vision and potential approach to help solve the primary problems with the site. This allowed for better idea generation to help the website serve new donors like Briella more effectively.
